Speed limit throughout the park is 3 MPH.  Be aware you are sharing the roadways with pedestrians and bicyclists.

No pets are allowed at Lawrence Pond Cottages.  

Campfires are allowed with permission only.

Boating is allowed with a 15 HP maximum.

Guests are welcome to bring grills for cooking.

Two vehicles per cottage.  Additional parking available. Please check at the office.

Parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children in all areas of Lawrence Pond Campsites & Cottages.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at the beach - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

Lawrence Pond Campsites & Cottages is not responsible for tenants’ guests and other persons in the event of personal injury, property damage or any other loss caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water, land accidents, natural events, or any other mishap.​
